Our High Season Rates (Dec 1st - May 31st):

Please note that our rates include all taxes (most places add this to their posted rates)

One King Bed - $80 US Dollars per night

Two Double Beds - $80 US Dollars per night

King bed with bunk-beds - $80 US Dollars per night

King with Kitchenette Balcony Room - $90 US Dollars per night

*New* Penthouse Room - $100 US Dollars per night


Stays of 10 nights or more, nightly rates drop $10 US Dollars (does not apply to Penthouse)

During our Low Season (April 16th - Nov 30th):

Our "By the month" rates, as above, are our nightly room rates.

Payment & Policies-

All of our rates are set in US Dollars and include 14% applicable tax. We accept cash only for payment in US Dollars or Mexican Pesos at our fixed exchange rate.

Our rates are based on double occupancy. If there are more than two people in a room, there is a $10 US Dollar nightly charge, per additional person ($5 US during low season). One child 10 years or under is free. Two children age 10 or under will be considered one extra person, and therefore incur the $10 (or $5) US Dollar nightly charge.

*Please note, that during high season, we now have a 5 night minimum stay policy. During our low season, we accept reservations of any length, however to really experience Las Palmas, we recommend spending at least two nights with us. If you're interested in a stay of less than 5 nights during high season, please email us your inquiry and we will do our best to fit you in closer to the dates.

We do not have a minimum age restriction and we do accept children. That said, our facilities are situated close together and the general noise level needs to be respected for the comfort of all guests. Please note this when making a reservation. As with any issue, we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave.
